I checked it several times. There is no expiration for the subscription as far as I can see.

As far as I can see, there are no restrictions. The blue box was for if I wanted to claim a refund and the gray box is about the discount rates for any renewals you may want, a money-back policy if you choose to cancel, or a notice that the subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the term unless you choose to stop it.
