Carole I could not find that page either, but right after I won my first auction I think the link in the email took me to a page to choose to have it shipped and then to a page to put in my address, it was the next day before I was notified that my address was verified.

If you scroll down while on your home screen you'll see a section called Account Settings, click the one titled Saved Shipping Addresses, that is where you will enter your address for verification. Listia staff will check it then decline or verify it. If it is declined more than once, write the staff a message to find out what can be done to fix it.
