This code definitely covers the PS3 version of the game and MAY entitle you to a Vita copy as well for download (I have had 2 of these codes and one included both, one did not, there was nothing to distinguish them) - so I am only promising the PS3 code - if you get a Vita download out of it as well as well - bonus! However, do not bid on this expecting a Vita copy.
