The listing, Infant+ Emergency Saftey Sticker (carseat-booster) has ended.
In 1995, a 6 month old boy was involved in a head-on traffic collision while riding with a relative. The driver was left unconscious and the boy suffered a life-threatening head injury that required immediate surgery. Police did not know the child's identity and were only able to trace his parents because an address book was found in the wreckage. Valuable time was lost due to this delay. The boy had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital for emergency brain surgery. He has since fully recovered.
This bright green sticker makes it noticable and easy to find in a wreckage-it has slots for child's name, birth date, address, any medical conditions, mother and father name and contact info, emergency contact & child's doctor.
I have a few for my daughter and would like to pass some extra ones on to others. Has instructions on the back.
