This skirt is gorgeous and has hardly been worn and also been taken care of very well. It is in brand new condition and is a size medium, but has a thick elastic waist so could fit smaller or larger, if you'd like measurements let me know. I normally wear a size large and it fits me just fine, this is in woman's sizes, not juniors. It has gorgeous white stitching detail that makes this knee length skirt even more unique and spectacular. Pair with a cute cami or handkerchief top and flip flops or ballerina flats or a dressier shirt and some heels!! This skirt is perfect for casual or for when it's time to get dressed up!!

Can you measure the length

Of course!! The length is 24 inches from waist to bottom hem. I guess it might not be knee length for everyone!! Thanks for looking!!!

does it have a zipper or you just slip on?
and what is the waiste measurements?

It just slips on with a thick elastic waistband.

Here are the measurements:

Waist Unstretched: 30"
Waist almost all the way Stretched: 40"

The rest of the skirt is quite flowy and flares out but still stretches and the length is 24".

What is the hip measurement (6-8" from waist)?

7" below the waist band unstretched the skirt is 48" but at that part of the skirt there isn't as much stretch as the waist band. I hope this helps!!!
