This stuff is amazing. It also use to be used as a shoe insert for added comfort in shoes or sandals way way back in the days. I buy it in capsal form. It is better for alergies then anything my son has ever taken. I'll be watching!!!

Mullen will grow almost anywhere.It grows along the side of the roads in Fresno California,and along the banks of the lakes in that area,
