The listing, Arrowhead VERY NICE has ended.
Its a little over two inches, its a very very nice arrowhead. You can see where they chip the stone to make it into the shape and the hooks to tie it to a arrow or maybe a small spear. Its pretty cool when you think of how far we have came in all these years. Well good luck and happy bidding to all :)
sorry it took me so long to respond, but I don't know where they were found. I got them from my grandpa. This is only one of the bigger ones i got 4 more. One more is as big as this one and the other 3 are little bit smaller.
Very cool! Be careful though. Just read an article about an arrowhead trading sting op. I'm serious. http://www.tampabay.com/features/humaninterest/north-florida-arrowhead-sting-whats-the-point/2159379
Lol well thank you for the warning. I read the article and i cant believe this wasnt on the news. But im sure these arrowheads didnt come out of tampa bay. I think they came out of michigan. But im not sure
I always hunt local fields and what not on private land with owners permission....I even keep a log book of days I got...land owner etc.... The state and FEDS are such idiots about this stuff...This happened last month... http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/04/03/fbi-seizes-thousands-artifacts-at-indiana-property/
