I just opened it to try it out and it was not at all what I was expecting. I thought it was a blow up punching bag for kids. But it's not. It's 10 feet tall.It comes with the white clip to secure it and I'll send you the directions. I got this from Five Below. So if you do end up liking it, I think they're like $2.
This is made out of heavy duty plastic- no latex! It can be used over and over again.
