The largest is a 3X but Asian sizing is a bit smaller than US/UK/AU sizes.

Time can vary,if there isn't anything going on that would slow down mail, it can be about 14 days but I've noticed that usually about 19 days seems to be the average. I have one with a GIN right now in another auction if you can't wait for this one to end.
