The screen is not cracked. Just quit working.

a factory reset will fix that. i had that problem with my lg rumor, but factory reset fixed it, haven't had a problem, since, and this was about 4 months ago.

This phone does use sim cards sorry but I don't know whats wrong with the screen I cant reset it although im told that's what has to be done to get it to work. I just don't know this is why it's listed as parts or repair.....
