There are 1000 recipes in this file. Recipes for soups, salads, desserts, meat dishes, drinks...

Here are just a few of the recipes you will find here:

There are also 5 other pdf files with this that I will include. They contain instructions and info for the atkins diet and a carb counter chart. I have never used these and do not know if it is the complete diet plan or not. I just want you to be aware of that before you bid so you won't get mad if you win and it does not have the complete diet plan. It might be complete, but I don't know. This auction is actually for the recipes, but I am throwing in the rest of the files because I have them.

I think my mother would love this. I know she doesn't have this. I bet the recipes are really good. And healthy and tasting great is a huge plus. I have heard good things about the Atkin's diet but never invested in it. That is a lot of recipes. Wow!!
