I am sorry to say, but it looks like someone just took an uncut sheet of bills and cut through the middle of one to make it look like an error bill. (you can buy uncut sheets at the bureau of engraving and printing). I am not a professional, but I don't think it is a real error bill

Oh because if this was a real error bill it would be worth a lot of money, the bigger the error, the more it's worth. I doubt that it is though because they would probably get rid of it before it when into circulation. Oh well, still neat though :)
