Here I am relisting an item I got from listia months ago, it's a cute dress but it just didn't fit me. It's sooo cute! The brand is billabong which is a good brand. The size is a large and could most likely fit a medium as well.

all the beach brands (roxy, quiksilver, hurley, billabong, etc.) are pretty much junior sizing, so if you're womens medium (like me), this should fit you. in juniors sizing, i'm pretty much a size large, and if the cut is generous or if there is stretch to it, i can fit the medium size.
