This is a great little media player, including the adapter and cables. We bought a “smart” TV with the media player already included so we no longer need it. Our son gave it to us for Christmas last year and we’ve enjoyed it! I’ve tried Netflix and Amazon and both work great. Wifi ready. So this is not something we picked up but was a brand new item when we got it. I use Amazon and pay $79 a year for Prime, which gives me streaming capability.

It also has other options such as playing your favorite movies and photos with JPEG photo playback, Hulu, Pandora and more. The HD streamer has web browsing capabilities that offer internet video playback from sites such as YouTube and Facebook and can also stream BRAVIA internet video. I've never tried these, however.

The audio formats supported by the Sony include WMA, LPCN, AAC, and MP3. Connector types that are included with this Sony digital media streamer include one composite video/audio output, one component video output, and one USB Type A port.

This listing also includes the RCA cable that normally has to be purchased separately. It features password protected parental controls, as well as upgradeable firmware, a remote control, and wired and wireless connectivity. Great condition!
