The listing, Sony MP3 Player has ended.

Auction is 'AS IS' and no warranties and no refunds.

No cord included.

Last I knew that it did work and most likely still has bluegrass music recorded on it along w/old country and some rock n roll. The old man lost the cord to recharge it so he put it in his top dresser drawer along with all his other 'vintage' stuff. Time for someone else who knows anything about these things to adopt it and use it.

Worst case scenario, it doesn't work and can be used for parts, but I'm pretty sure it still functions.

Yes, I know and you aren't suppose to post it publicly. Don't get upset w/me for following Listia rules. If you wanted it w/that bid then you should have asked for a GIN. I can't cancel the auction right now because there are bids, however, once the bidding ends, and if you are the winner, you can request for a refund of your credits. Once you do that, that I will be able to refund it to you. It will take time because Listia has certain guidelines we have to follow. Strongly recommend you read the Listia rules prior to your future bids so you don't run into a situation like this again.

it would have a small slit somewhere on it to hold an expansion card? It probably doesn't.

FYI, bidder red73723 has bid a high amount for this auction. I hid his comment because of the contents of what he wrote. If he is the winner, he intends to request for his credits back because he is not pleased with the rules of this auction. I intend to return his credits and put this back up for auction. I can't cancel the auction because it's so close to the end. There are several of you bidders who have bidded so I thought I'd make you aware. This isn't like Ebay where I can offer a second chance to the next highest bidder. I have to go through the whole process over again. Thank you for understanding.
