The listing, 1994 SONY AM FM CASSETTE CAR STEREO has ended.

This is a 1994 Sony AM/FM Cassette Car Stereo (model XR-2100) and two 5" Polk Audio EX Series speakers. Also included is the stereo wiring harness and hardware.

I originally had this system installed in my Chevy S-10 in 1994. After CDs started becoming more popular, I replaced the system with a CD player.

I have had this system stored safely in my home for many years, so I cannot verify its current working condition. Everything was working when I originally removed it, but again, I'm auctioning this "as is."

If you are a collector, this may be of value to you. Or, if you like to tinker with radios and/or car stereo systems, this could be a fun project.

I think the photos should tell the rest of the story, but if you have any questions or would like additional photos, please let me know.

would you let go of just the radio i dont need the speakers...someone borke into my car and stole my cd player and i just need something that i can listen to while driving..if it works

Again, I don't know for sure what works and what doesn't. When I took everything out, everything was working. But, that was a while back so I'm selling everything as is.

In the picture it is missing a knob. Do you have it? Also, does it have the wiring diagram on it?

Unfortuantely I lost the knob a long time ago so I don't have it. For a while, I had epoxied a beer bottle cap to the thing, and it looked cool. The control does still turn and push.

I have everything packed up so I don't know off the bat if it does have the diagram on it, but I'll check on it.

To buzyrd--No wiring diagram on the stereo that I can see. I'm sure you could probably find one published somewhere on the internet, or even check on one of the auto forums.
