Made with only 100% Military grade Nylon, 7 strand core, 550 Paracord.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST::
Take a piece of string or anything similar, and wrap it around your wrist, then measure that next to a ruler to get your wrist size. I recommend adding 1/2 to 3/4" to whatever that size is to get your bracelet just right. Over time, it will mold to your wrist due to wear and the oils on your skin. It is made to last for a very long time (or until you may actually need to use it).
