It doe,s have a few folds, plus rip at corner, they sell high on ebay, you can,t find them hear any more they went to link cards. It is just a blast from the past, I would say they burn all of them up. So hear a chance to get you one.This is number two, I have two more left to go. I am amazed at finding this at a second hand store as this is illegal to sell. It is property of the Department of Agriculture and the state in which it was issued.
