Nope, not altered. All the info is the same, the actual card doesn't have lightning coming off the picture. If I take a photo with my camera it turns out crappy

Alot of people use stock photos for cards. Using an altered art stock photo is okay so long as you say the card you're sending isn't altered, which you did.

exactly. thats why i made the specific comment that it is the same card, just not the one pictured. i also try to get the same m12 or whatever that the card has. if its foil, i say so. i also mention if its a different rarity in other decks. i used to take photos of each card but it turned out crappy. its easier and faster to google each card.
