These are a 9-11 and they are definitely not a women's. Unless you have twig legs (no judgies) you will struggle to get them around your calves (been there!). So, in short of you are a small adult they "might" work. If not these are probably best left to a young teen or an older child. I mean don't get me wrong, if you are an adult and determined you can wear them, I wear mine! (Lol) but they are uh, tight....
