1936. Pages look good. Cover and binding is good. It was my grandma's and she was meticulous about dusting off her book shelves and keeping her books pristine.

Her name was Rose. She got it as a teenager as a birthday gift. Near the end she passed it onto my mom Misshay. She was actually going to give it to Goodwill but asked if I wanted it. I said sure. Read it once, loved it better than the movie.
