There is no brand on the bags, however, I can tell you it came from Lane Bryants. Lane Bryants is a clothing company for Larger figures. I got it as a gift for making a large purchase.

What kind of material? Thin or thicker like quilt.

It is not quilted. It is not very thin either. It is thick heavy vinyl on the out side and it appears to have satin on the inside. It is definitely not a plastic that would tear easy, I so hate that and would never get anything with plastic lining!!
