I have it packaged and ready to mail. I will try to open it up and measure it before the close of the auction, but I won't be around the office much until later in the week.
I am 5'11'' and this hits me right at or above the knee depending on how I adjust the straps. At 5'6" it might be at or below the knee. The hem line has highs and lows with the handkerchief style.

I should also mention that it is knee length at the shortest points. The corner points will go below the knee.

I measured from neck line to hem. At shortest point it is 35 inches, at longest 41 inches.
