This is a blue summer dress, brand name is LAGACI. It is a poly/spandex mix. It says it is a size medium, but seems more like a small to me. It is sleeveless and has two beaded straps that you tie behind your neck. Very pretty and flattering to a smaller figure!

I think it could be juniors medium-otherwise it would be a women's small/petite. I wear a women's small and it fit well. :)
