This English Version really isn't nearly as rare as the Japanese Versions of the card, but certainly not a card you find everyday in someones's Pokemon collection from what I understand. Thanks.

this is from the movie pokemon the move 2000 and well it's not rare and plus you cant even use the card

How can you tell this is the Japanese version? Both English and Japanese (corrected version) cards look similar.

Sorry, a little miswording there because this was originally a Japanese movie, as this is NOT the Japanese Version of the card itself - it's the English version as most collectors would know by the mention of 1999-2000 Wizards in the description.
