No it does not. Honestly speaking I don't feel you even need them. I work for apple and rarely do i see it where it saved them. Worthless in my opinion ;) save your $$

iPhones are made with a special type of glass that is scratch resistant and harder to break. You can actually bend the glass and it won't snap. I have mine in my purse and pocket with keys and all kinds of scratch easy products and I have never had a scratch on my screen. Screen protectors more often than none actually cause issues with the touch response than anything. Really unnecessary. If a screen is gonna crack its going to crack regardless of a screen protector. The glass is not going to shatter like a plate but rather spider web. you won't be using it anyway at that point so the screen protectors are again- useless.

no the cable you have is the lightning cable which you can still use to charge your phone. To charge the case itself you need a micro USB cable. I lost the one that came with this.

The description I copied and pasted from the website. I thought I had removed all the micro USB included portions, but I guess I missed one. I lost the micro USB cable so this does not come with the cable.
