I got this from cvs it didnt have one on it I bought it and put it up for my granddaughters for Christmas and over bought and never used it and I have a pile of stuff for Christmas still sitting that I add to all year and I just pulled this out again and put it on Listia. No seal on it, but it has never been used at this house it has been in my Christmas stack for grandkids and family.

I lifted the lid to see if it was sealed before I put it up for auction that is how I new the foil you asked about wasnt on it. but the ones in the store when I was looking at them this size, none of them had the seal on them???? They all where like the one I bought, why I do not know, maybe because of the small size so you could smell them, I don't know why they don't have them sealed, but I know alot of products now in the stores are not sealed. I guess the Tylenol scare that started the whole thing maybe has started to wear off???
