I don't have a use for these as I have an IUD and so don't have that monthly worry ever, but out of curiosity (I have been out of this loop for years!) what is the deal with the "click?" I feel ridiculous asking, but am wondering - possibly for recommendation for a friend or my mother and just my own darned curiosity!!

they are small and discreet but they extend to make a full size tampon and make a click sound when extended... lol
