Very lovely. LTD, would be limited company. It is used by corporations for insurance purposes. In other words it is protection to only be liable for the exact amount of loss. Example: Say I buy a candle stick and it arrives broken, the company is only liable to replace the item or refund the purchase price, nothing more. I hope this helps, daynaearle3.
LTD does mean Limited company however this means that company or members are shielded or limited in their financial responsibility, say in the case of bankruptcy or bad investments.
