This truck is a Hot Wheels "Super-Fast", 1998 issue. It is not in top condition, but if someone is handy at working on these little vehicles, then this truck is for you.
The trailer is NOT a Hot Wheels. It is a plastic 1998 issue from MARS, Inc. Says it was manufactured and distributed by Oddzon, Inc.

are the tires rubber or plastic...?

The tires on the pickup appear to be rubber, but the other two are clearly plastic.
