This little lizard was the pet of a friend in college. I've always loved these tropical species for their bizarre attributes. The camouflage, their bulging eyes (which aren't really apparent in this picture), and that cute curly tail. I'm not sure what his specific breed is, but the crest is amazing and makes me think of some bizarre dinosaur in Jurassic Park. I also made it apparent how it mimics the leaves in the surrounding area.This piece of art was drawn with Prisma Colors, a 2b, and a basic writing pencil while on a road trip reminiscing about the old days in my photo album.
