is there any stretch to the material? Im in a 2xl, but if this is flowy like the pic, then the 1xl should fit, but if its snug then I can go 3xl, please let me know, maybe a chest and length measurement? F&W

these are loose and flowy the measurements on a 3x are 17" from arm pit to bottom of top and chest is 19" from arm pit to arm pit laying flat but also has a lot of stretch (has elastic in the top hem of the back)
