per listia it is to be sent to the winner no matter what it goes for. if you wanted it to start at a bid of 500 you had the option to list it as that. you can not keep the credits and relist just because it does not go for the price you want

I am still kind of new around here...How do you relist? Do you just not send it and let the winner get a refund? I haven't seen an option to delete an auction

No you dont get the credits back ... after the auction is over ill have the option to relist .
