Yes, but some people who work for companies have a flat rate then when you see the bill there is and extra 21.00 dollar fee on it!!! I just don't get that but it has happened to me 4 times with 2 sellers, be careful you don't run into it... good luck, I'd love to have your gorgeous ring/!!!!!!
