The micro sd chip is to save pictures or mp3's. The the micro sd chip can be inserted into the adapter and taken to a photo center to develop the pictures. Also some cameras have the memory card slot the size of the adapter and can be used there as well.

the heading should say SanDisk Memory Card Adapter. There is no sandisk memory card included. This is borderline deceptive or OUTRIGHT deceptive.
