You can currently make emergency calls on it. You will also need a mini-SD card if you want to take photos or video. Comes with the wall charger. See the last photo for the specs. This would be a great replacement phone for someone under contract who needs a phone, but doesn't qualify for a upgrade or doesn't want to buy a new phone.
