This white bread recipe does not call for dough conditioners, only natural ingedients. Super easy to make. Easy to follow instructions and if you have any trouble or don't understand something I am here for tech support. Just email me and I will answer as quickly as I can. The recipe also has variations for wheat bread, cinnamon rolls and herbed bread so it is like getting 4 recipes in one!

I have to because I am unable to mix the dough anymore. I only mix the dough. Then I finish it by hand.

You can use any stand mixer with bread hooks. Walmart usually has some pretty cheap

I have a stand mixer from the 50's. Comes with a meat grinder but no dough hook. Lol

Look on ebay for hooks for your machine. Most came with hooks or at least were an option
