I'm 5'4" too! But, it's just above knee length. The bustier is modest, although strapless, but the A line skirting is about 3-4" above the knee when standing and about 5-6" (depending on how you sit) when sitting. :)

Thank you I think I'll be bidding. Does the top bust area stretch at all because I seem to have bad luck with the bust area being too big for me or not wanting to stay up with strapless dresses...

It is very fitted! LOL! You must have the same problem I do! This is a wonderfully designed dress and the bust stays IN PLACE. No "oopsies" with this one! (That is WHY I bought it!!!) LOL!
