This is a pink and purple 'floatie' swim suit with an adorable attached purple skirt to aid in helping children learn to swim. There is built in foam in the chest and back of the swim suit to give the child buoyancy while in the water. This suit does not have the sizing on the tags (not sure why), but it fit my daughter when she was 3 years old, but big for her age and typically wore a size 4. There is some very light pilling on the bottom of the swim suit, but hardly noticeable. No tears. It does have two very light stains on the front, as if she rubbed up against the edge of the pool or something of the sort.
