Hi KarliePie! I'm so sorry I didn't get this added earlier!! (It's a little wordy but tried to get everything you needed.)
19 inches - Armpit to armpit
24 inches - Chest
24 inches - Stomach area
Band at the bottom - 19 & 1/2 inches but that band continues on, to become the ties, so you can leave it open a little more if you want to.
From top to bottom - Neckline down to the waist:
Front - 19 & 1/2 inches
Back - 15 inches (The neckline is a little lower in the back than in the front.)
