This is a flawless New without tags 100% cotton dress from Kohls, was expensive!! it has lots of blues, teals, greens , reds and whites. The picture is ok but it is actually prettier than that. The top part of the dress is like the traditional halter type with the shoulder straps being adjustable which shows the high quality. says made in India. Butterfly prints The dress goes all the way down to the ankles. Its easy breezy cool for spring and summer

DOES NOT say juniors, just large, I wear juniors I am a size 0 and a 2 and this is huge on me... My mother wears a size 12 and it fits her perfectly and can be adjusted to large and smaller
