I am not an art expert so the description of this may not be 100% accurate but I bought a handful of these prints at an estate sale and it is obvious tfrom the packaging and slight discoloration on the edge of the matting hat they were produced some time ago. In good condition but certainly not museum nor collector quality. Picture is approx. 8 1/2" x 11 1/2" with black matting around the "print". Other possible pick location is Orange County, Ca
