It has the label Applicator

- 20 white matte high resolution full-face CD/DVD labels.
It is new, still sealed in box...its a complete kit to make labels, for color ink jet, made by Avery. Back of box reads: 1) design 2) print 3) apply to cds.....it does make full face labels.

System requirements: 486 or higher, vga display card, cd-rom drive, 5M hard-disk space.
