if a nickel fits inside the band perfectly, then it's a size 12. hope this helps.

Ok so I tested it with a magnet and it does not stick to it and I've tested several other pieces of sterling silver as well so I'm gonna say it is silver

The stones r black onyx I think its old and worn a lot on the inside I can't make out any stamp but I believe it's silver
