No they are not. Only what is pictured. But I will charge them up on my regular usb charger before shipping. My phone charger even charges these :)

dont let these pass you by it cost 50 dollars for 1 ps3 controller with the sony branding these are the exact same but with out the sony branding...so when you buy a name brand controller from sony your really paying for the name..BID HIGH PEEPS dont let this get awaaaaaay
