The listing, Dell Inspiron 1100 14.1" LCD Laptop has ended.

Dell inspiron 1100 14.1" lcd laptop parts as-is

this laptop powers on and will start running but will not load windows as it has a bad hard drive. has a error message ntlor is missing, press ctrl, alt, del to restart. tried to re-install windows but hard drive is shot. was a great computer for me til the hard drive went bad.

screen- no cracks
keyboard- no keys missing
there is a ripped off sticker on bottom on laptop.

**** look in the last picture for specs on the computer ******

this laptop is as-is. i was going to try to fix but hubby bought me a new one for my birthday.

will be shipped priority mail w/ tracking

Does it have a webcam? I can probably have a new hard drive installed. My brother is the computer geek.

What year is it? Ram and hard drive size? Just asking cause I am pretty sure i can by pass that and restore. If not I may have a hard drive here that would work.

Hard drive also usually shutdown when there is a security break. Like for an example: if my laptop get lost/stolen, and someone would try to override or break my password to get in the system, then my hard drive shutdown so all the data is secure. Or you probably accidentally deleted and now you need to find new software. Anyway. Still I think its a good deal who ever gets it. Good luck

maybe the hard drive just needs to be reformated before installing windows and the formating will mark any bad spots on the hard drive and then the drive would work, if not its easy to find a replacement labtop drive.
