I have 45 of these , so most likely no, all 45 at BU never circulated, and look just as good as picture , if not better

This coin is almost 30 years old and is in Brand New never circulated condition

I bid so don't flag my comment but I don't think you could get $30 for your penny unless you paid to have it graded and slabbed . . . not only that but its not an error and there were 380 million minted out of San Francisco that year. Its a great coin and I'll bid on it but I don't think its fair to throw such high numbers out there.
