Description

The listing, Panasonic PV-L452D - 750x Digital Zoom has ended.

I used this to record Church services because the video and audio quality is good. This vidcam uses VHS-C tapes. It can take pictures, and also has an SD slot for storing your pictures. The camera features a whopping 750x Digital, 20x Hi-Definition Zoom Lens.
I shot a clip using the actual camcorder offered here, and then I recorded the camcorder turned on and playing what it just shot.

Although this uses VHS-C tapes to record on, as you can see, I uploaded the footage to YouTube, but I had to convert it to digital first with an A/D converter (NOT INCLUDED). Once you get the hang of converting from tape to digital it's easy.

I have too many camcorders, and have to free up some space at home.

NB: Pics# 2 and 3 were taken in "PHOTO" mode. #2-normal magnification, #3-full zoom (refer to the center of #2). I did resize them, though. The original pics were smaller.

You will receive:
1-Panasonic Model No. PV-L452D video camcorder as shown in the pictures
2-Battery
3-AC adapter/Charger
4-VHS-C tape
5-8mb SD card (already inside the camcorder)

The tripod is not included.

The above video doesn't seem to be working. :( Oh, and I didn't know you could convert VHS to digital? So, all you need is one of those A/D converter? I'd have lots of VHS tapes, I'd like to know how to do that. :) I like the old camcorders like this, that take the vhs, but then if I want to convert to digital, I thought I was just out of luck, good info. Is this A/D converter a cable or software, or both? Oh, and BTW, nice camcorder, that's some Zoom it's got on it. :)

Hi, thanks, It should be working now.
BTW, it;s very easy to convert analog to digital. In an earlier post, I listed the equipment needed.

You need to change the setting of your video from "private" to "unlisted".

@toriswrrl27: I used a Sony DVMC-DA2 to convert analog tapes to digital media:
It uses Firewire, S-cable, A/V cables. Can use: lanc, DV iLink. Says it's a CODEC Converter. I just connect it to my camcorder, and my laptop, and that's all. The computer brings up Windows program automatically. No problem.
The Zoom blew me away, too. But I just use it for Church. Set it, and forget it.
