That is exactly what I was thinking when I purchased it! We need more projects like this that parents and children could be involved in together! Maybe it would be something that would inspire parents to spend some well needed quality time with their children. Although you may have children that are very independent who would rather do the project all by themselves. In which case you could still watch and offer advise and compliment them on their creativeness in putting it all together. Thank you very much for your comment!

You are so right! Parents can be very proud of it as well! They could keep it as a keepsake to remind them of the occasion. After children are grownup, married, and have children of their own they could share this with them again as well and create a lasting memory with their children, or grandparents with grandchildren. I remember my mother kept the cards and valentine hearts and all sorts of things I made and gave to her when I was a child. Years later we would go through them, cry, laugh, and hug as we took a trip down days of yesteryear (memory lane). I remember an ugly clay mug I made in art and gave to her. I hated it, but she cherished it because her little boy created this for his precious mom! Thanks for your comment! It makes many wonderful memories resurface again!
