The blue star shaped flowers make this one of the prettiest herbs. I would say the flavor of the leaves resembles a cucumber somewhat. Borage's flowers and leaves can be frozen in ice cubes to garnish drinks. It is also tasty in soups, salads, and dips. It contains potassium, and is a drought resistant plant.It varies in height from 18"-36"
It germinates in a week or two.
It likes to be in the sun.

I plant my seeds about 1/8"-1/4" and am successful with germ. From there.
